Today is the first blog of what will hopefully be a very insightful, thoughtful and eye opening blog. This blog is part of the course requirement that I am taking titled "Fostering Diversity in Higher Education. This blog is 20% of my grade and I have to have at least one entry per week of class. Classes end in April so this will be a good three month blog.
The topics of the blog will be 1) my reactions to the readings, discussion, assignments, etc, 2) questions raised from the readings, discussion, assignments, etc, 3) Feelings about the readings..... and 4) reflections about my own identity development and/or level of multicultural competence (awareness, knowledge and skills).
